For COP28 UAE, we worked the Salama bint Hamdan Al Nahyan Foundation (SHF) to craft and bring to life the UAE’s national sustainability story across both the Blue and Green Zone pavilions. Starting with a 12-week research sprint, we synthesized insights from local and global partners into a clear, compelling narrative that translated the UAE’s complex Net Zero strategy into an immersive experience. Through visual storytelling and strategic design, we helped align key government stakeholders around a shared vision—while creating a space that welcomed thousands of global and local visitors into a deeper, more nuanced understanding of the UAE’s climate commitment.
