Partnering with the Decolonizing Wealth Project, our goal was to help craft a bold five-year vision and strategic narrative to guide their next chapter of growth. Central to this work was an in-person facilitation and spatial experience where we invited the leadership team to explore three distinct, immersive futures—a global movement, a radical new model, and a world-class destination. Each future was brought to life with its own visual language, tone, and interactive elements to help the team fully imagine the possibilities ahead. Through this experience, we aligned around a shared direction, clarified core beliefs, and built an actionable strategy and narrative that energized leadership, deepened stakeholder interest, and positioned DWP to expand its impact in the evolving landscape of reparative philanthropy.
